We purchased our Bosch dishwasher in July 2008. It is a very quiet, very good cleaning and drying appliance. Dishes, glasses, china-ware and silver-ware come out spotless and sparkling clean. It represents high quality German engineering and technique.

We needed the repair service out once, because a faulty impellor jug needed to be replaced. Customer service and service repair were both very helpful and the Bosch repairman could find and fix the problem within half an hour. The impellor problem might have been caused by a water pressure decrease due to our well-pumping water supply system.

Other than that we never had any problems encountered, but we use to scrape off all food remains, we do regularly clean out filters and clean the dishwasher once every two months with a special cleaner.

The device is very quiet, you can hardly hear it during a cycle. Usually we use the Eco cycle which cleans very satisfyingly. Quick wash is important when having a party or guests for a nice meal.

We are delighted to have it so there is time for more important things and we always have startling clean and hygienic kiychenware!
